Partnership: Aza & Naaw
AZA & Naaw, an initiative by Beautiful Soul, believes in the potential of African female talent and seeks to prioritise this in the following ways:
- AZA Finance is building a robust pipeline of African women with C-level potential for the Fintech industry
- Naaw by Beautiful Soul has launched a digital platform to support professional African women in leadership development, with a dedicated pool of African female staff
How it works
Our programme
Every 1st Tuesday of the month
Candidates will be invited to attend an online session on Zoom. They will explore various themes related to women's careers in Fintech, hear success stories from professionals in the field and get sound guidance from mentors.
4 activities
This programme offers 4 types of online activities:
- Group coaching sessions
- Group mentoring sessions
- Self-coaching exercises
- Online challenges
9 months
From December 2021 to August 2022, Naaw by Beautiful Soul will support and track the progress of the candidates to ensure that they gain the soft skills to build a thriving career in the Fintech industry.
This programme offers a unique opportunity to boost your professional and personal life, to find and connect with a network of women who share a similar vision, with an added bonus being a possible job offer from AZA FINANCE for talented women.
Online group sessions
During online group coaching sessions, each individual will draw on the collective intelligence and dynamics of the group to put their commitments into action. Interactions between the Coach, the group and each individual generate a true dynamic for change.
A community to support and help you
Participants will have access to a unique community, giving them the opportunity to exchange, learn and discuss with more than 300 African women all over the world that are interested in reaching senior positions and building a network within the Fintech industry.
Self-coaching exercises
The principle is simple: with support from different questions and activities we will share, candidates will play both the role of coach and coachee. Participants will integrate learning from these activities which will help to build their leadership skills.
