How it works
Our program content
Every 1st Tuesday of the month
Candidates will be invited to attend an online session on Zoom. They will explore various themes related to women's careers in Fintech, hear success stories from professionals in the field and get sound guidance from mentors.
From December 2021 to August 2022, Naaw by Beautiful Soul will support and track the progress of the candidates to ensure that they gain the soft skills to build a thriving career in the Fintech industry.
The main advantage of this program is a boost in your professional and personal lives, find a network of women with a similar vision, but an added bonus is a possible job offer from AZA FINANCE for talented women.
Online group sessions
During these online group coaching session, each individual will rely on the collective intelligence and dynamics contributed by all the individuals, to move forward and put into action their progress. The interactions between the Coach, the group and the individuals generate create a true dynamic of change.
A community to support and help you
The candidates will have access to a unique community that will give them the opportunity to exchange, learn and discuss with more than 300 African women all over the world that are interested in growing and reaching high position in the Fintech industry. As well as building a network in Fintech.
The principle is simple: candidates will be both, the coach and the coachee, with the help of questions and activities we will propose. The idea is that they gradually integrate mechanisms to take a step back to build their leadership skills.
