Initially, our clients contact us to facilitate an event for a group of between 6 to 250 people for specific objectives. We co-create an agenda, design activities to deliver the results and facilitate the sessions.

Our experts are all certified coaches. They speak French, English and/or Wolof. They have been trained in excellent schools and universities, have worked for multi-national organisations in a range of countries and have many years of experience in this profession.
