We are ourselves, without a mask or a disguise. We accept that we are vulnerable. We respect the confidentiality of all non-public information about Beautiful Soul and its clients. We commit to projects (internal and external) that we are aligned with and are able to deliver on.
Collaboration
We support the efforts of our colleagues in their professional development, in line with the objectives of Beautiful Soul. We know we can receive help if we ask for it and we do not hesitate to ask. We are empathetic and caring. We are attentive to the needs of others and welcome their vulnerability by allowing them to express themselves without judgement. We create the right conditions to improve the well-being of our colleagues, clients and visitors as far as our resources allow.
Positivity
We focus our energy and attention on what is going well, on our strengths, opportunities and solutions. We acknowledge and express gratitude for the work of our colleagues. We know that our mood influences others and we are committed to making a positive impact on them. We strive to take care of ourselves so that we can show up at work mentally and physically energised. We are PRESENT in the office and in everything we do so that our productivity is optimised.
Achievement

We 'own' our work meaning that we see our assignments through to completion, ensuring that our clients and colleagues are satisfied and that the expected results are achieved.
Rigour
We have a clear understanding of our responsibilities and expectations of ourselves. We are punctual at work, at internal and/or external meetings. We are demanding of our colleagues: we do not hesitate to offer feedback with suggestions for improving performance to generate a more positive impact. We apply an excellent standard of service both internally and externally. A 'good enough' service or document is not adequate. We continuously look for ways to improve the quality of our work.
