Initially, an exploratory conversation is held between the coach and the coachee to discuss the objectives of a coaching session. This may be held in the presence of the coachee's supervisor (or HR representative) to align the coachee's development objectives and expected results.

Individual coaching usually focuses on the management style, behaviour or habits of the coachee in a professional environment. The benefits of a coaching programme vary from one coachee to another, depending on their context, their personality and their personal and/or professional development objectives.

The majority of our coaches are based in Dakar, Senegal. They are all trained and are certified (or accredited) and supervised. They have lived in a range of countries/continents, studied at prestigious universities and worked in complex multinational organisations holding management positions. Together they have thousands of hours of practice.

We offer individual coaching programmes online or face-to-face in many countries across Africa and the world (France, Canada, UK, Mali, Mauritania, Mozambique, Kenya...).

We are also strongly committed to developing and professionalising the coaching profession in Senegal through the Certification of Coaches and the creation of the Senegalese Coaching Association (Association de Coaching du Sénégal).

Executive Coaching

Patricia has 25 years of professional experience, mainly in leadership positions as a manager, mediator, facilitator and coach. Before founding Beautiful Soul, she was a senior manager (P4) at the UN in Geneva. She holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Master's degree in Finance from the University of Paris-Dauphine. She is also a certified mediator (CEDR), Senior Practitioner (EMCC) and Apprentice Inquiry practitioner. She is French-Senegalese and speaks Wolof, French and English. In February 2022 she received the prestigious International Coaching Award from the EMCC  



Guillaume has 20 years of professional experience and an MBA from the London Business School. Previously, he was Regional Director for West Africa at Philip Morris International, where he was responsible for a team of 300 people and an extensive network of distributors. He has been a 
coach since 2014, certified by TopTeamWorld and HEC Paris, as part of a long-term programme. 

Coaching of Directors and Managers

Claude has been an executive coach since 2015, after having served as Managing Director of EXXON MOBIL subsidiaries and then of companies owned by him, after he took over some EXXON activities in the sub-region. Claude speaks French and English. He is certified in coaching by TopTeamWorld. He has an MBA (INSEAD) and a PhD in Mathematics (UCAD).

Adeline is a certified coach and trainer with 15 years of professional experience, 10 of which in HR management positions for international organisations. She has been an HR Director for subsidiaries with up to 650 employees. She holds an engineering degree, a Master's degree in HR from IGS, a certificate in engineering and adult education (SIPCA, France) and a coaching certification (TopTeamWorld).

Bamba is a coach, international consultant and master trainer. He has over 25 years of professional experience. Specialised in coaching entrepreneurs, SME managers and executives in multicultural contexts, he is certified by one of the main French coaching training institutes and is a Master Trainer certified by the International Labour Office.

After a career with MSF and the United Nations, Justine chose to change her life and become a coach. She was certified by ICF in Amman, Jordan in 2010 and has since worked as a coach in Jordan, Tunisia and Senegal. She has been working with Beautiful Soul since 2018. Justine has lived in 10 countries and holds a Master's degree in medical Anthropology and Non-Western Sociology from the University of Amsterdam.

Coaching of talented individual contributors

Hassna is a Coach, Trainer and Collective Intelligence Facilitator with more than 10 years of experience in marketing functions, notably for PPG, then as an entrepreneur and as a coach/facilitator/trainer. She is a Top Team World and Beautiful Soul certified coach in a programme accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council ( EMCC ). She has a Master's degree from the Montpellier Business School.

ElHadji is a telecommunications engineer. He has in particular worked as a HRD in the banking sector, within the Senegalese subsidiary of the BNP PARIBAS group (BICIS), acquiring expertise on a variety of HR tools (GPEC, talent and performance management, etc). ElHadji is a doctoral student in management, which he obtained at KEDGE Business School. He is an RNCP Coach (France), and has been certified in a coaching training programme accredited by the ICF at the ACSTH level and is certified on NOVA tools.

Sokhna is a certified coach by Top Team World and Beautiful Soul in a programme accredited by the European Mentoring & Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also a certified psychotherapist. She has more than 15 years of management experience in the communication and marketing sectors in France, Senegal and the Ivory Coast.

On average, sessions last one hour.

They are generally held once every 2 weeks, in order to allow time for the coachee to implement any actions defined by them.

Sessions take place in-person or online, preferably in a location outside the coachee's work environment.

We have a relaxing space at our premises located in Mermoz (Dakar) dedicated for individual coaching sessions.
