Adeline is a certified trainer, educational engineer and coach with more than 20 years of experience, including 8 years in HR leadership positions, in particular as HR Director.
Adeline has worked and lived in 8 different countries. She has been responsible for the HR function in organisations with up to 650 employees. As a trainer, she has developed and delivered numerous sessions to support managers and HR teams. She is comfortable in complex environments, having been deployed in a number of extreme situations (Afghanistan, Haiti, DRC, Myanmar, Iraq...).
She holds an Engineering degree, a Master's degree in HR from IGS (France's leading HR higher education institute), a certification in adult learning development (SIPCA) and another in coaching (Top Team World, as part of a programme accredited by the European Mentoring Coaching Council (EMCC). She is also certified on DISC, FICS) (cognitive styles) and CoachingOurselves.
