ElHadji is a telecommunications engineer.
After starting his technical career at SONATEL/Orange Senegal, El Hadji gradually made a career transition towards organisational transformation and Human Resources development. He also held the position of HRD in the banking sector, within the Senegalese subsidiary of the BNP PARIBAS group (BICIS) and, during this time acquired expertise on all essential HR tools (GPEC, talent and performance management.). He then held positions of responsibility in leading private higher education institutions in Africa (CESAG and BEM).
ElHadji is a doctoral student in management, which he obtained at KEDGE Business School. He has the title of RNCP Coach (in France), has been certified in a coaching training programme accredited by the ICF at the ACSTH level and is certified on the NOVA tools.
