Fatouma has over 5 years of experience in non-profit organisations, international programme management and capacity building of professionals.
In addition to her role as Projects Manager at Beautiful Soul, she works as a Collective Intelligence Faciliator during workshops using the Appreciative Inquiry approach.
She has a Master's degree from the London School of Economics. She is also certified as a trainer by the Association Romande des Formateurs (ARFOR), as well as on the FICS and CoachingOurselves.
