Marietou has over seven years' experience in non-profit organizations, in project coordination, facilitation and training. Alongside her role as project manager at Beautiful Soul, she facilitates workshops and training sessions for a number of private and institutional clients. She obtained her coaching certification as part of an EMCC-accredited program.
She holds a Master's degree from the Institut des Sciences Politiques (Sciences Po Paris). She is also a certified trainer by the Association Romande des Formateurs (ARFOR) and is certified on the CoachingOurselves, Appreciative Inquiry et FICS.
